Building Request Form and Agreement

It is the policy of The Well Bible Church of Oxford, Ohio to make its facilities available for use by non-profit groups for the purpose of, or in a manner that is not inconsistent with, the mission of its ministry as outlined in the church's Statement of Faith entitled "What We Believe." Every request will be given consideration except in circumstances where a request is made to use the facilities of a profit basis. In order for the request to be adequately considered, please provide the following information in full.

FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY THE FIRST TUEDAY OF THE MONTH. REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE CHURCH'S BOARD OF TRUSTEES. AVAILABILITY WILL DEPEND, IN PART, ON SCHEDULED THE WELL ACTIVITES AND PROGRAMS, PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO GROUPS WITH CONNECTIONS TO THE WELL THEN TO OTHER GROUPS.
